Gil,
I know wher you are comming from. I also check my emails first thing in the morning, and often get sidetracked with the latest offers and hype. (Especially since I live in Australia, I cop all of the crap from the US & UK overnight).

I am slowly getting into the habit of not looking at my emails until after lunch, when I am starting to slow down.

I try to dedicate the first half of my day to work, as this is the best time of day for me.

I set out my to do list, based on my daily goals, and work to achieve those, be it writing an article, a blog post, or working on my latest project.

Setting clear well defined goals, and working towards those each day is definatly the best way to go.

Ask yourself constantly, "What is the best thing I could be doing with my time right now?" (Be sure to include some personal & family time in that answer occasionaly)

To Our Success,

Rob

Hello Gil

You are so spot on what you have said about the amount of time looking and reading the same kind of email.
But use the email's to make JV's with.
Ok set up a folder in your email system a make a rule so when you get an email, this missies the Inbox and goes straight into the email folder, when your ready to find new JV's, get the web address from the email. and find there good email address to send out an email to them promoting your offer.
Bingo JVs coming to you!!!

Love this post. Thank you.

I am a total email addict, devoted to the "bing" of new mail, so really relate to what you say.

OK - yup, it's not easy and I can see the benefits as you put them so I might close my email box now and again ... but only to delight in the hundreds of mails that await me on re-opening! LOL

Take care,
Flora
