OK OK I’m doing a video explaining how to use the article rewriter
I got some comments and some emails telling me that I may think this little article rewriter is a great tool it could be true but
it makes no sense.
So what gives?
OK OK so I’m doing a video on it. It’s short and to the point.
I really think you’re bound to need this little gem of a tool sometime soon, and I’m glad I can provide it to you.
If you like it (or think it’s rubbish), tell me so I’ll know I need to bring you more good stuff (or stop altogether)

Hi Gils
Thanks for the video and now I know how to operate. Can you tell me more what to do with those articles? since they are talking about the same thing but with different wording. What are you going to do with them to generate more traffic?

Hi Gil,
Thanks for making the video explaining the article writer.
I can see how similar articles can be posted to multiple article sites, thus avoiding the problem of duplicate content.
Just one thing, when you write the article, do you have to structure it to use the specific number of sentences and format depending on which template you use?
Thanks again,
John

I replied to John via email but looking at it once more I think it’s best if I post it here so more can benefit from my answer.
So here’s the mail I sent to John:
“Thanks for your comment and basically yes John, you need to follow the exact number of sentences and format.
It’s ultimately for your own good.
But there is a loophole.
I would suggest you have 3 different versions for every sentence you put in but you can drop entire sentences and change the format if you wish. Since the spreadsheet will take at random one of the 3 sentences you put in, if you don’t put in any sentence then it will give you a blank for that sentence. All that means is that your articles will have less sentences.
Also, the spreadsheet doesn’t “understand” the structure so you can put the sentences in whatever structure you see fit. So you could put the intro sentences at the very end, and the closing sentences right at the beginning and everything will still work fine.
Although the structure (first intro, then benefits… and a closing at the end) helps you write the article so much more faster and the end result is also more readable.
But hey, it’s just a tool and it’s your articles. Do with them as you see fit.
For me, I don’t try and reinvent the wheel so I always use the spreadsheet as is.
Hope this answers your questions. If you have any others feel free to contact me.
-Gil
